Jean M. Babcock serves in a Public Sector seat representing Boston City Councilor Lydia Edwards. Babcock formerly worked in Public Affairs for the United States Postal Service and is a lifelong community leader and activist. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and has worked in areas of fiscal management and business administration. Babcock’s financial and business acumen coupled with her prior experience as ABCD Board Chair and 20 years as Board Treasurer make her an invaluable asset to the agency.
Babcock joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 1975 and currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee as a former Board Chair, and as a member of the Finance Committee.
