Dr. Linda G. Dumas serves in a Neighborhood Sector seat representing Urban College of Boston. Dr. Dumas is an Associate Professor in the College of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of Massachusetts Boston and is an Adult Nurse Practitioner with nursing degrees from Boston University and certification from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. Her practice is in geriatrics with a focus on long term care and nursing homes. Dr. Dumas is also a sociologist with a PhD and an MA in Sociology from Boston University. Her interest is urban sociology.
Dr. Dumas joined the ABCD Board of Directors in 2010, and she serves as a member of the Elder Services Committee.
