If you live in Boston, Malden, Medford or Everett and are looking for information about housing, as well as the processes involved in obtaining or keeping it, we welcome you to contact us.

The knowledge you need — for free

At our workshops, we explain the issues and details involved with accessing and sustaining housing. All sessions are free and take place at various ABCD locations in Boston, Malden, Medford and Everett.

We invite tenants, landlords and other service providers to discuss types of tenancies, habitability rights, security deposit law, discrimination in housing, understanding CORI (Criminal Offender Record Information), signing an agreement, fees, landlord retaliation, tenant’s remedies and the timelines leading up to eviction.
